Ideally real life experiences (proven many years of experiences for Senior/Principal roles) with applying Advanced Analytics techniques such as Optimisation and Mathematical Programming, Simulation, Forecasting, Statistics, Classification, Machine Learning, and Clustering techniques.
Preferably experience in AWS with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (Natural Language Processing).
For senior roles strong leadership skills with proven ability to guide and inspire cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and strong project management skills with the ability to influence, work effectively and execute projects
Ability to deliver training to meet the needs of various cultures and situations
Skills:
Programming experience in Python/Java/C#/ C++/R of the optimization algorithm is preferred. Ability to understand the business problem and convert it as a mathematical problem is preferred. Exposure to Optimization & statistical software like Cplex, Gurobi, Google OR tool, Arena, SAS, SPSS is preferred. Excellent algorithm development and programming skills with at least one of Python, R and good knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of AIMMS (mathematical programming) or O9 (OR modelling) software is an advantage.
Should have a scientific mindset and interest in Operation Research algorithms like routing optimization, mathematical modelling, meta-heuristics, heuristics, forecasting, simulation model, inventory optimization, supply chain management.
Education:
Graduation or Masters in Operations Research, Computer Science (with operations research experience), Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar field from any premium institute.
