Our Enterprise division works with some of the world's largest organisations to help them access on-demand talent at scale. We're now looking for a highly capable AI & Automation Specialist to streamline, enhance, and scale processes across our Sales and Operations teams.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy automation workflows and AI solutions that increase efficiency and improve outcomes across our Enterprise business. This includes building intelligent chatbot workflows for candidate screening, automating outbound sales processes, optimising operational workflows, and integrating ML/AI tools into daily workflows for our Sales and Delivery teams.
You'll work closely with Enterprise Sales, BDRs, Project Delivery Managers, and Product/Engineering teams to identify opportunities and deploy solutions that materially improve performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions to automate sales outreach, follow-ups, qualification steps, and lead scoring.
• Build AI chatbot-based workflows capable of interviewing, screening, and matching freelancers to project requirements at scale (80M+ users).
• Collaborate with BDRs and Sales Managers to streamline lead generation and pipeline management.
• Create automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot/CRM automation, on-platform tools, or custom scripting.
• Design and deploy data-driven dashboards and process monitoring systems to track efficiency and performance improvements.
• Optimise operational workflows across the Enterprise delivery team (matching, onboarding, project staffing, reporting).
• Partner with engineering or product teams on deeper integrations where custom automation is required.
• Continuously review new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks to identify practical applications for the business.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-7 years experience in automation, AI/ML implementation, workflow engineering, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Python and/or Node.js
• Generative AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot/CRM automation, etc.)
• Working with APIs and building integrations.
• Experience designing or deploying chatbot or conversational AI solutions (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, LangChain, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with freelancer or talent marketplaces.
• Understanding of sales pipeline tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo).
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch).
• Exposure to Enterprise or SaaS environments.
