Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Ensuring customer delight through proactive interface as part of Mission Happiness
- Interacting with customers in coordination with the sales and marketing and operations team, in response to customer complaints
- Monitoring and updating copper product qualification criteria in order to keep pace with the market
- Minimizing response time for closer complaints .
- Providing inputs for periodic departmental MIS of quality compliance status with respect to area under jurisdiction .
- Segment wise maintain data for ( Wires & Cables , Strips , Magnet wires & special segments ,etc ).
- Interacting with all CCR's Plant for improve CTQ parameters based on customers applications .
- Regular interact with all CCR 's plant for :- Review complaints , improvement point , concerns , etc..
- Improve NPS score .
