Along the journey, we have built India\'s largest agronomy advisory center, a highly engaged digital farmer network with over 7 million users, and a retail network of 6000+ stores. These technology-enabled channels help farmers produce better and achieve higher price realizations by providing appropriate advice, timely input delivery, and output market linkages.

The Role:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives related to dashboarding and data visualization.

- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable visualizations that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.

- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Design and develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards using industry-leading dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, etc.).

- Customize and configure dashboards to meet specific business needs, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and integrity.

- Continuously monitor and improve existing dashboards to enhance usability, accessibility, and user experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop custom dashboards that address their specific requirements.

- Pull out and analyze data for Founder\'s Office, investor work, and for other projects.

- Analyse the Mobile App data to understand, farmer personas, consumption, retention, etc.

- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to other projects as required.

Qualifications we look for:

- 1-3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst

- Experience using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI & Tableau.

- Strong hold on SQL, Power Query, and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and integrity.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
