Agronomist Manager - Training & Support Agronomy Managers are responsible for the successful management of agricultural production operations, including crop and soil health, pest and weed control, and the implementation of best practice techniques. They must ensure that appropriate resources are available and used efficiently and that environmental and regulatory requirements are met. They also provide technical support and advice to growers and develop strategies for improved production quality and yields. Agronomist Responsibilities

• Knowledge of IPM, Fertilizer management, and deep understanding of soil productivity is a must.
• Training to the advisors related to the latest issue and crop production.
• Support to adviser that are on call, immediate Agronomic advice, short training
• Crop, area, product positioning knowledge for the Gujarat state.
• Develop and implement agronomy plans and strategies
• Monitor, evaluate and report on agronomy activities and performance
• Coordinate and Advisor activities of agronomy staff
• Knowledge and experience in crop production and disease management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to implement best practices and protocols
• Familiarity with agricultural production practices
• Leadership ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
