Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Training
Responsibilities
Community partner essentially should handle the ‘social aspect’ of the learner experience.

  • Having hands on experience in SharePoint online, Office automation through power automate & power apps, Azure jobs, SharePoint custom development.
  • Monitoring and responding to learner interactions (for non-IT feedback/comments – they should close the thread on Ed cast, might need to talk to KM or Gurus in some cases)
  • Scheduling and coordinating Guru Connects, mentoring
  • Screen for pre-requisites
  • Schedule sessions and invite approved learners
  • Supervise attendance
  • Any post session follows ups etc.
  • Learning Opportunities and authoritative validation workflow
  • Creation of forms in SharePoint workflow based on brief from gurus,
  • Assess assignment to learners based on agreed criteria
  • Supervise participation
  • Audit the review workflow – some operational reporting, nudging learners/reviewers to act
  • Proactive communication, reminders to learners
  • Setting up communities/discussion forums over MS Teams/SharePoint
  • Measurement of community metrics (e.g., metrics around adoption, access, ratings, feedback etc.
  • Good excel skills – macro creation knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualifications we seek in you
  • MBA/Masters in HR
  • Agile methodology, hands on of Dev ops
  • Experience in tech support for enterprise applications
Preferred qualifications
  • Prior employee relations experience preferred
  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skill.
