Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Farm Manager for our grapes farm located in Akluj, Piliv - Akluj Road, Khudus The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a grapes farm. Job Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the grapes farm, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting. Develop and implement farm policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality grapes are produced in a safe and efficient manner. Manage the budget for the grapes farm, including forecasting and reporting. Hire, train, and supervise farm staff to ensure a productive and motivated team. Maintain accurate records of all farm activities and production data. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Qualifications At least 5 years of hands on experience in a grapes nursery or farm. Proven track record of managing a successful grape farm operation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred.
