Key Responsibilities:

Farmers\' Liaison: Collaborate with local farmers to understand their needs, challenges, and provide expert advice on crop management, soil health, and pest control.
Crop Expertise: Utilize your knowledge in Paddy, sugarcane, and agroforestry to optimize crop production and quality, while adhering to sustainable farming practices.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day farming operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and according to the established plan.
Farm Planning: Develop and implement farming plans, considering crop rotation, irrigation, and other factors to maximize yields and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Paddy, sugarcane, and agroforestry practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with farmers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day agricultural operations.
