With a strong commitment to sustainability and technology-driven solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agriculture Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive growth and success in the agricultural industry. : As an Agriculture Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our agricultural products and services to farmers, growers, and other agricultural businesses. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and market share while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Relationship Building: - Identify and engage potential customers within the agriculture sector. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Understand the needs and challenges of clients and recommend suitable products and services. - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. 2. Product Knowledge: - Acquire in-depth knowledge of our agricultural products and services. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' offerings. - Educate clients about the features, benefits, and applications of our products. 3. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team. 4. Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. - Offer after-sales support to clients and assist with any technical or product-related questions. 5. Collaboration: - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions. - Work closely with the product development team to gather feedback from customers and contribute to product improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of agricultural products, industry trends, and farming practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. - Valid driver\'s license.
