Promote financial products including working capital loans, equipment finance, invoice discounting, and supply chain credit
Conduct financial assessments and credit evaluations to determine client eligibility and risk profiles
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in agri enterprises
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure seamless loan processing and compliance
Monitor loan performance, repayment schedules, and portfolio quality
Stay abreast of agri market dynamics, commodity trends, and relevant government schemes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
