Job Description

Sales & Marketing:

Identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services to farmers and growers, and achieving sales goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new ones to foster trust and confidence.

Product Knowledge & Support:

Providing in-depth knowledge of agricultural products, demonstrating how to use equipment, and offering after-sales service and technical support.

Market & Territory Management:

Managing assigned sales territories, analyzing market data to identify trends, and staying informed about new industry developments and technologies.

Administrative Tasks:

Preparing sales reports, managing inventory, and coordinating with billing and accounting departments for accurate invoicing.
Essential Skills

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong ability to negotiate prices, overcome objections, and close sales.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with clients in person, via phone, and online, and delivering persuasive presentations.

Technical Aptitude:

A solid understanding of agricultural products, equipment, and operations, or the willingness to learn.

Relationship Building:

The capacity to build rapport and trust with clients and other industry stakeholders.

Organization & Planning:

Efficiently managing a sales territory and planning sales efforts to meet goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
