Carrier technical Service Lead is a Strategic role at Corporate primarily to drive Sub Segment NPS for VICS Fixed Line customer and ensure overall service experience to be No. 1 in NPS for Carrier Services in the Industry. He/ She will drive Continual Service Improvement program for all underperformed services. Vodafone Idea believes in providing superior experience to all Customers and Service Lead shall play an important role in implementing \'Industry Best Practice\' with competitive edge. He/ She is accountable for entire Sub segment to protect FL revenue with high degree of problem solving ability.
