Burgundy Private is a private banking platform that caters to the high and ultra-high net-worth customer segments. The proposition offers personalized wealth management advisory and solutions research based investment advisory, estate planning, real estate and tax advisory for for HNIs/ ultra HNIs clients

About the Role:

Manage the Burgundy Private Service Partners, measure and analyze work performances, propose improvements to processes, including customer service interaction (complaints and requests).
The Service Lead's main responsibility is to interact with the business teams, understand the KRAs and supervise the service team.

The Lead- Client services will also have an individual set of clients mapped to provide the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
  • Coordinate KRA achievements. (through interaction with the business team).
  • Ensure team follows best practices and maintains service level agreements.
  • Monitors issues and client complaints.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry standards and practices as well as the bank's products and services.
  • Develop problem management and service/process improvement plans.
  • Offer customer service.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • Engineering Graduate/PGDM/MBA from a recognized institute
