- Job Responsibilities:- - Drive B2B and institutional sales within the assigned technical textile segment.- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and OEMs across domestic and international markets.- Provide customized techno-commercial solutions based on client applications and performance needs.- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams for trials, sampling, and product development.- Manage pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring sound understanding of product costing, margins, and profitability.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.- Achieve sales and profitability targets while fostering long-term customer partnerships.- Qualification:- B.Tech / Diploma in Textiles, Polymers, or Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing.- Requirements:- - 5-20 years of experience in Technical Textiles or related industrial textile sectors such as Agri, Geo, Packaging, or Automotive.- Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to align product performance and costing to customer requirements.- Proven track record in B2B, OEM, or institutional sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.- For export-focused roles, prior international business development experience is mandatory.- Preferred Background:- Candidates with experience in leading technical textile or industrial fabric manufacturing companies, particularly in:- Agri Textiles:- Shade nets, crop covers, pond liners, etc.- Geo Textiles:- Woven/nonwoven fabrics, reinforcement, filtration, erosion control.- Packaging Textiles:- PP/HDPE woven, FIBC, industrial sacks.- Automotive/Industrial Textiles:- Roof liners, filtration media, composites, performance fabrics.- Salary Range:- 30-35 LPA (ref:updazz.com)
