Ramraj Cotton, a renowned name in textile manufacturing, is looking for a seasoned HR leader to head Human Resources operations at our large-scale facility in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

This is your chance to lead HR for a 2500+ employee base in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Full-scope HR operations in a factory setup

? Statutory compliance - ESI, PF, Factories Act

? Manpower planning, training, and performance appraisal

? Industrial relations, grievance handling & welfare

? HRMS, SOP implementation, payroll coordination

? Contract labour management

Who We're Looking For:

? Tamil-speaking candidates with read/write/speak proficiency (mandatory)

? Strong in Tamil Nadu Labour Laws & factory IR

? Prior experience managing a 1000+ workforce in a manufacturing setup

? Preferably from textile/garment/manufacturing industries

? Native of Erode or nearby districts preferred
