Quality Control:

• Ensure the quality of steel produced through process control and technology control.

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS).

• Oversee testing and analysis using equipment like spectrometers, hardness testers, and microscopes.

Procurement:

• Manage raw material procurement, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.

• Ensure timely supply of quality materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and conduct market analysis.

Project Management:

• Plan, monitor, and control projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for new projects and plant upkeep.

People Management:
