To enhance customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, technology and
infrastructural plans
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Accountability:
\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships
with partners for the business
\xef\x82\xb7 To collaborate with senior management to formulate & implement the overall e-commerce
strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and market trends
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the company\'s online retail platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience,
optimizing user interface and functionality, and leveraging technology for efficiency
\xef\x82\xb7 Need to be in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where he/she oversees the end-to-end
commercialization and operationalization of the E-Commerce business
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive sales growth and profitability in the E-Commerce channel
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for annual business plans, budgets, P&L
\xef\x82\xb7 Build strategic business partnership with e-commerce platforms
\xef\x82\xb7 Development and implementation of customer strategy and activation plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain e-commerce content library
\xef\x82\xb7 Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities
