Job Description

Staff Management:

Supervising, mentoring, and training staff, including performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Operational Oversight:

Ensuring smooth daily operations, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

Ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing customer feedback.

Financial Management:

Overseeing budgeting, reporting, and financial performance.

Strategic Planning:

Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.

Business Development:

Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing plans to achieve targets.

Sales and Marketing:

In some cases, managing sales operations, analyzing sales trends, and implementing sales promotion activities.
Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
