Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth in the competitive real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving ambitious targets and navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and brand positioning.
  • Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Target Setting and Performance Management:
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the marketing team and monitor performance against these targets.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Oversee lead generation activities, including digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer journey and high conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and areas for growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Brand Building and Promotion:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Track expenses, analyze cost-effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9520,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9725,000.00 per year Benefits:
