Job Description

Implement HR Policies & Processes such as Onboarding, Performance management, Employee Engagement and Retention. Coordinate with the corporate Talent Management team for the L&D requirements of the South India region.

Strategic HR:

  • Lead key initiatives within the region that align with the overall regional business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and employees to collect relevant data, assisting the HR Head in recommending necessary policy or process updates to the Corporate HR team, considering region-specific nuances, employee feedback, and competitor HR practices.

Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts for the South region, partnering with stakeholders to identify top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Continuously improve and automate processes and policies as needed.
  • Develop people analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.

PMS:
  • Oversee the timely initiation and completion of employee confirmation processes, ensuring all documentation complies with confirmation policies.
  • Facilitate goal-setting in line with the regional business plan and ensure its timely closure.
  • Drive the completion of performance appraisals across the region according to company guidelines.

Talent Engagement & Retention:
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers to identify early signs of critical talent attrition and take proactive retention measures, escalating concerns to the Head - HR.
  • Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, support result analysis, extract insights, and help develop action plans to address key areas.
  • Monitor engagement initiatives and report progress to the Head - HR.
  • Coordinate execution of the annual communication calendar.
  • Utilize employee feedback channels to address grievances promptly and report recurring issues to the Regional Head - HR to improve processes.
  • Assist in organizing company events per the events calendar and approved budgets, collaborating with the Regional Administration team.

L&D:
  • Ensure smooth and timely onboarding as per established processes.
  • Support the Regional Head - HR in identifying learning needs across functions and employees, aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to implement the regional learning plan.

Implementation of HR Policies:
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company HR policies within the region.
  • Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to the Business Head and Regional Head - HR as required.

HR Budgeting:
  • Monitor and ensure best utilization of HR Budget, and track the budget.
Play a critical role handling end-to-end HR for South India region.Work with key stakeholders and implement HR Policies and Processes.
A successful applicant for this role should have:
  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in HRBP, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure or related industries.
