Role AGM - Active Operation (RAN Function) Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Active Operation - COG / Technology Location Birla Centurion / Worli, MUMBAI (Corporate) Job Purpose Circle FO MS Operations governance for achieving : Operations KPI meeting targets Maintain NW hygiene & support circle team to overcome their challenges To meet the SLA / KPIs by providing guidelines to circles / NOC to run smooth field operation Compilation of monthly RAN operation KPIs & performance, tracking, trending & record keeping for management update. Levy penalties for SLA breach as per contract T&C. Quarterly OEM CARE support EME SLA & Spares R&R compliance review, Agree on RNP replenishments with the OEM & levy penalties on for SLA breach cases. To prepare & evaluate RAN Field Operation RFP, periodic support on product & services related RFP, participation & providing related support. Ensure flawless timely RFP evaluations & vendor rating during the RFP process. Define scope of work, RACI Matrix, SLA KPI\'s, penalty calculation mechanisms and other documentations required for MS operations. Append AMC contract T&C based on current priorities and OPEX saving requirements. Annual OPEX YoY comparison, budgeting & its related activities, provide guidelines to the circle, track & maintain expenditures for Active operation function. Driving Spares RNP cases, trending failures, analysis & track replenishments Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Driving KPI improvement programs through scheduled calls with circle and MS partners. Provide technical guidance and support to VF Circles, MS partner & SNOC teams in all aspects of RAN network. Track & maintain Active outages as per the annual target set, drive circle & MS team to achieve the desired values though scheduled VC\'s & rigorous follow up. Timely SLA/KPI sign-off completions & computation of its associated penalties. Align with MS Partner/OEM & VIL internal finance/commercial/SSC teams for MS KPI penalty calculations. Complete the contracting of AMC scope work, contract sign-off in close co-ordination with commercial, OEM & circle teams. Create, update & maintain guidelines, scope of work documents, SLA/KPI documents as per the contract tenure & operational requirements. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 15 years of multi-technology multi-vendor experience in the area of BSS Operations (wireless domain) Sound Knowledge on 2G / 4G technologies & different Equipment vendor interworking. Good written, verbal communication & record keeping skills to co-ordinate for operational activities with multiple internal and external stakeholders Sound Partner management skill Experience on process/guideline creation, governance & customer experience improvement Must have technical / professional qualifications Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Electronics and/or Telecommunications Hands on experience on 2G & 4G RAN technologies.
