About the Department

In the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) in DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) we enable and facilitate the Novo Nordisk organisation on our digital ambition by transitioning and maturing Agile ways of working towards value and customer driven development. We work data driven and problem oriented to groom and take ownership of the lean agile transformation backlog. We enable and facilitate the various agile teams and team of teams/ agile release trains with caching, facilitation, and guidance. In Novo Nordisk we have more than 1.300 people working in various agile teams and teams of teams/ARTs. We are a fully integral part of the Cross DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Services in DD&IT which ensure close collaboration and coordination on Compliance, Validation, Testing, IT Sourcing, IT Process, Lean Agile Centre of Excellence and much more. The Position

As part of the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) team you will join us in facilitating and enabling the Agile journey in Novo Nordisk. We do this in a \xe2\x80\x9chub & spoke\xe2\x80\x9d set up driving the change thru Communities of Practises, local LACEs, and line of businesses in global Novo Nordisk. You will influence and be a catalyst in promoting an agile culture and the agile transformation backlog. This requires you to be curious about the agile values, the organisation, the people within and how they collaborate.

As an Agile Transformation Consultant, you will act as a facilitator, front runner, and change agent of agile ways of working in the way you facilitate problem solving and pursue impact in improvement features. Below are some of the job responsibilities:

  • To facilitate and drive improvement features and problem solving supporting the local LACE, the Product Owner of the Novo Nordisk transformation backlog, and key contributors to ensure impact, progress, coordination, and alignment of key deliveries.
  • Portfolio Management, best practice guidance and guidelines, facilitation of training sessions or events, stakeholder management and communication.
  • Be an Agile Business Partner for a local area to support knowledge sharing across the organisation and enable business agility.
  • A go-to person for all team members and key stakeholders you will work closely with global LACE, local LACE, leadership team to ensure alignment and drives initiatives/ensure progress on their behalf.
Qualifications
  • MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality).
  • +5 years\' experience in Agile methodologies and handling project as per Agile Framework. Overall, a good 10+ years\' experience of working within a matrix & international organization.
  • +2 years\' experience in the SAFe\xc2\xae framework. Good to have a certification in Agile / SAFe.
  • Must have experience with Agile Transformation with Pharma Industries, Pharma Clients, Technical IT delivery in Dev-Ops setup and previously as Developer, Tester or similar.
  • Good to have Industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification.
  • Must be passionate of Agile and have a foundation in and understanding of Agile values principles and value driven development.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organisational level.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.
  • Out of box thinking, innovation, learning mindset.
  • As a person, you are empathic and energetic, and excel in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You work independently and proactively and seek guidance when relevant. You have a global mindset and are able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders from all over Novo Nordisk and actively drive cross-collaborative initiatives and build communities.
