Innovate to solve the world\'s most important challenges : The Agile Release Manager is responsible for managing the monthly production release across multiple platforms on a SAFe Agile Release Train, as well as overseeing the traditional release management responsibilities. The Release Manager is responsible for coordinating with cross-platform and functional teams and ensuring timely and quality delivery of software releases. IT Organization: Corp IT tower focused on Customer and Commercial Excellence dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success using technology like SAP Hybris, AEM, Salesforce, and APIGEE. This department is responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate the monthly production release across multiple platforms on a SAFe Agile Release Train 2. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos 3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including performance and security compliance, product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely delivery 4. Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and dependencies 5. Manage code branch management processes, including ensuring proper branching, merging, and versioning practices are followed 6. Ensure compliance with change management policies, procedures, and standards 7. Develop and maintain release-related documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and post-release activities 8. Coordinate with IT operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and delivery of releases 9. Identify and manage risks, issues, and impediments that may impact the delivery of the release 10. Monitor release progress, track metrics, and report status to stakeholders 11. Continuously improve the release process, including identifying areas for automation and optimization 12. Collaborate with other Programs, ARTs and Release Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization. 1.Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile software development and release management 3.5+ years of experience in an IT or technology-focused organization focused on Customer and Commercial Excellence driving business growth and success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing sales and marketing strategies using technology 4.SAFe Agile certification (SAFe 5.0 RTE or equivalent) is preferred 5.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills 6.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders 7.Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and release management tools 8.Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and deployment 9.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
