Agile Product Owner Position Overview Job Title: Product Owner Location: Pune Role description This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly experienced individual to join the Credit Risk Technology team and utilize their Technical and Managerial skills in a highly visible domain level role as a Product Manager. The role requires in-depth experience on Credit Risk Stress Testing (Internal & Regulatory) as well as CCAR for the US Entity. The individual to have good understanding of Base-4, CVA, XVA, Monte-Carlo Simulations, Collateral allocation for Banking Book and Trading Books and quant models used for calculations of PD/LGD/EAD. You will define and govern the delivery approach in Scaled Agile Framework across Stress Testing Domain. You will manage and drive the adoption of recognizeds best practices, tools and policy ensuring that a robust and maintainable solution build is implemented. You will work alongside Epic and Business Owners & sponsor stakeholders to ensure that the applicable streams of work is progressing to plan, cross EPICs and dependencies are identified and managed, provide guidance by example and act as the senior escalation point for Credit Risk Stress Testing domain. Your Skills and Experience Mandatory skills Technical Must Have: 10+ years\' experience in development & product management on a scaled agile environment, with a strong emphasis on cognitive solutions and a minimum of 10+ years gained within Investment Banking with Credit Risk Stress Testing domain. Market Risk Stress testing experience would be a plus. Knowledge of BASEL & ECB IRBA guidelines and strong knowledge of models involved in rating methodology buildout and various data sources involved Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at senior level with proven experience in successfully implementing large scale automation frameworks, automation strategies and governance frameworks Experience in writing simple SQL queries for analysis would be a great enabler to perform the role well. Understanding of Model Calculations and Pricing/Valuations across multiple asset classes including Traded Derivatives, Banking Book Securitisation etc. Understanding of Risk Methodologies for PD, LGD, EAD, RWA Calculations.
