Team & Role The Product Operations Analytics team works across ServiceNow to provide the data, deep analysis, and predictions thatempower our Engineering, Support, and Product organizations in their goal todeliver and maintain innovative, high-quality products that solve our customers'needs. Agile Operations Manager: Performs business systems audits and control work throughout the organization. Acts as a project manager of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects that integrate financial and customer order information, standardizes and speeds up the Manufacturing and Human Resources processes, and reduces inventory. Documents requirements for configuring ERP applications and uses ERP implementation methodologies (i.e. GAP analysis, ASAP, JAD sessions). Applies information systems development, implementation and operation control concepts in a wide variety of technology settings and appropriately assesses the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices. Identifies and defines system enhancements to the current ERP system. May be required to use Express C++, XML, HTML, SQL, Java programming and/or other computer languages and utilize databases such as Oracle, UNIX and Windows Operating Systems. May be required to develop and deliver training related to ERP reporting tools. As an Agile Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, operationalizing, and scaling the team through our agile transformation strategy and continuous improvement. You will be creating and putting new processes in place, running quarterly planning, creating and coordinating status reports, and developing metrics to demonstrate outcomes. Most importantly, you'll guide the team to deliver enterprise level outcomes via agile methodology and cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate is a results-oriented self-starter with an established,documented competence in agile methodology, project/programmanagement, and strategic planning. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Lead Scrum of Scrums for program portfolio, facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners to improve team agility and ensure the team prioritizes and executes efficiently and effectively. Be a change agent for the team and embody the continuous improvement philosophy to influence improvements to processes, methodologies and business agility. Support delivery of the project portfolio for Product Operations Analytics, translating business needs into multi-year implementation plans, including project prioritization, milestones, resource planning and success criteria. Define critical KPIs and reporting capabilities to drive operational rigor and manage performance. Develop and evolve processes for operational discipline and enable the team to scale. Host and facilitate executive-level meetings as well as large cross-functional POA Scrum team meetings. Develop and deliver communication plans and training to assist internal users in the socialization and adoption of new tools and metadata. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the company. Core Qualifications include: Experience and comfort with SDLC and implementing Scrum, related Scrum experience - change management or Agile certifications a plus. Able to drive high value outcomes and independently prioritize efforts based on strategic value add / ROI. Experience in designing and implementing operational discipline to support repeatable processes with effective quality controls. Strong collaboration and relationship building skills - able to work well with many different types of personalities in various functions. Masterful in the arts of bringing people together, negotiations and conflict management. Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate, document, and present complex business initiatives in concise and efficient manner for variety of audiences from Individual Contributor to Executives. Superior organizational skills with high regard for quality. Possess effective listening skills and comfortable asking powerfulquestions. Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate laterally and vertically across the organization. True servant leader. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of combined leadership and project/program management experience in the software technology industry. BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams. Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles.
