We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure delivery of the products/features assigned as per the outlined schedule and cost
• Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
• Working with stakeholders across various countries, preparing a release plan
• Acts as an escalation point for the scrum team
• Acts as a contact point for upstream and downstream teams
• Effective controls and governance
• Leads the Non functional requirements (NFRs) and ensures necessary approvals are in place
• Owns the implementation plan for the deliverables

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience of delivering in complex application development, preferably for Insurance industry
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
• Strong understanding of various digital technologies like UI and mobile
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Adept at release planning and scaled delivery
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
