Job Description
Overall delivery of large-scale Digital Engineering Programs & Projects with product mindset Direct oversight of all development and delivery phases (Discovery, Estimation, Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution and Release) of complex technology Program & Projects Provide Technical leadership and advise on technical solutions for the program being delivered. Ability to evaluate Architecture and provide Technical Solutions Through knowledge on Agile Project Management methodologies, Best Practices, Metrics and tracking tools like JIRA etc., Able to drive client engagement from strategy, planning to escalation management for the program being managed Able to drive key technical decisions and proactively manage risks, issue and roadblocks to ensure successful solution delivery of the end-product Collaborate with Architects, POs, Scrum Master/ Agile Coaches & Engineers to become high performing teams Ensure delivery standards & best practices are utilized throughout life of a project to ensure optimal delivery of the solution.
