Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Design multi-agent workflows for complex business processes using LLMs, RPA, and orchestration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions.
Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI agents in production environments.
Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI.
Proven experience in intelligent automation, RPA, and AI/ML integration.
Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (e.g., goal-oriented agents, memory, planning, tool use).
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used in automation.
Familiarity with orchestration tools, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Academic background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
