Agent Technology Product Support (Remote)

Full time, India

You will be responsible for the availability, technical and user support, and maintenance of Travel technology GDS and agent facing products. As part of the team, you will also perform subject matter expertise, consultation, product presentation, conducting and attending internal meetings, coordinating project plans and tasks, and managing customer/business expectations\' key responsibilities.

As a Agent Technology Product Support, you will

• Conduct assessments of complex incidents, understand the request/issue, and identify the faulty component or parameters to be changed
• Apply solutions and send feedback to Site Admins/users
• Respect defined Service Level Agreement/procedures defined within the workflow tool (SDP) to ensure smooth communication between support teams and consistency of the data (tickets) recorded
• Complete incident registration with all technical information to allow escalation (including to suppliers and 3rd party support)
• Follow-up (resolution, feedback, questions) on these escalated cases
• Perform system administration tasks
• Modify the configuration of Online sites for OBT, Portal, TSA, and TSPM
• Participate in the management of the virtual team System Administration Client Technology

About you

• Professional education (Business Travel Agent)
• Two years experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of one year as site admin
• Good written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of at least one GDS system Amadeus
• Excellent knowledge in client facing Travel Technology and solid experience in the administration of min one application
• Good analytical thinking skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in process management (design, documenting, and implementing processes) advantageous
• Thorough understanding of online meeting technology advantageous
