Job Summary - Agency Transformation Manager
Grades: 2, 3A & 3B
Span of Control: Selective Branches (No Direct Reports)
Objective:
Agency Transformation Manager (ATM) role acts as a bridge between field teams (FC, FLS, ACH,CH) and the Central transformation team (Agency Strategy team). They will have to collaborate and align all stakeholders and engage them in implementing the transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Engagement: Travel to assigned branches for a defined number of days to execute and monitor transformation initiatives
2. Co-Ownership: Jointly responsible with the sales team for specific business metrics and program execution
3. Governance: Oversee initiative implementation and ensure alignment with central strategy
4. Reporting: Regular participation in cadence calls to update managers and central teams on:
Progress of initiatives
Challenges and possible local solutions
Feedback from the field
Compensation:
Fixed CTC (No Variable Pay)
Eligible for Quarterly Incentives and Strategic Contests
