The Agency Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the agency. This role includes leading the team, handling clients, growing business, and ensuring that targets and quality standards are achieved.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day agency operations smoothly
Lead, guide, and motivate the agency team
Assign work and monitor team performance
Handle important client meetings and relationships
Plan and implement business and marketing strategies
Achieve monthly and yearly sales or revenue targets
Recruit, train, and develop agency staff
Resolve client issues and team concerns
Prepare performance reports and share updates with management
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and client-handling ability
Planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in agency, sales, or management role
