\xe2\x97\x8f Execute plans for growth of the agency \xe2\x97\x8f Identify, interview and select new ADMs from natural market and by networking \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for ADMs \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for ADMs \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure retention of ADMs by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis \xe2\x97\x8f Build a leadership pipeline of future ADMs & APs from the unit. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb990,000.00 per month Schedule:
