Completing installation within agreed time frame following technical specifications and safety standards.


Configure, test, and customize UPS applications to meet customer requirements while adhering to safety norms.


Carry out preventive maintenance as per standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines.


Operate diagnostic, monitoring, and configuration software tools to perform activities on products without error


Conduct site acceptance tests according to specifications and document results before handover.


Deliver comprehensive training to customers on UPS operation, safety, and troubleshooting.


Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of UPS systems (up to 1000 KVA), electrical installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance procedures.


Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using analytical thinking and software tools.


Safety Compliance - Strict adherence to electrical safety standards, site safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.


Customer Orientation - Ability to train and guide customers, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth handover of projects.


Software Proficiency - Skilled in using diagnostic, monitoring, and configuration tools with zero-error execution.


Project Execution - Capability to complete installations, commissioning, and maintenance within agreed timeframes and quality parameters.
