Key Responsibilities- Manage and scale international affiliate marketing programs for brands targeting Indian consumers.- Identify, onboard, and manage global affiliate partners including publishers, deal platforms, content sites, and influencers relevant to Indian audiences.- Work with international affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Admitad, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.).- Plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.- Optimize commission structures, offers, and promotions to improve ROI and affiliate engagement.- Track performance using attribution tools, affiliate dashboards, and Google Analytics.- Ensure traffic quality, fraud prevention, and compliance with international brand guidelines.- Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, CRM, content) for campaigns aligned with Indian festivals, sale events, and cultural moments.- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
