We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Affiliate Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate program and driving revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard affiliates from various categories, ensuring the program\'s success and fostering long-term relationships with our partners. Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management: Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy, including identifying potential affiliate categories, setting commission structures, and establishing performance metrics. Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard affiliates from diverse categories, including influencers, content creators, bloggers, industry experts, and niche-specific marketers. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates by providing personalised support, timely communication, and assistance in their promotional efforts. Affiliate Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential affiliates, showcasing the benefits of our affiliate program and our products/services. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor the performance of individual affiliates and the overall affiliate program. Analyse key metrics, such as conversions, click-through rates, and revenue generated by each affiliate. Provide Marketing Materials: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling promotional materials, banners, and content that affiliates can use to effectively market our products/services. Performance Incentives: Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs to motivate affiliates and drive increased performance. Qualifications Proven work experience as an Affiliate Marketing Associate or similar role. FRESHERS are welcome. In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices. Strong understanding of affiliate networks and tracking platforms. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with affiliates from different backgrounds. Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights to optimise affiliate performance. Proven track record of successfully onboarding affiliates and driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to recruit affiliates from various categories. Highly organised and detail-oriented to manage multiple affiliates and track their performance effectively. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
