As an Affiliate Manager/Executive at TheAdzPlug, you will be a key player in the execution and management of our affiliate marketing programs. This role involves supporting the Affiliate team in recruiting and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring performance, and optimising campaigns to achieve performance marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit affiliate partners, including international affiliates. Support campaign execution and performance tracking, covering diverse pricing models such as CPI, CPR,CPA, CPS, CPL, both domestically and internationally. Maintain affiliate communication and resolve inquiries, considering diverse global partners. Analyse campaign data for optimization across various regions. Coordinate marketing materials and compliance for international campaigns. Generate performance reports and share insights, encompassing both local and global perspectives. Stay updated on industry trends for innovation, with a global mindset. Preferred: Previous experience working on international campaigns, demonstrating an understanding of cross-cultural nuances and market-specific strategies. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and key performance metrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
