AEM Project Delivery Manager Who you are: We seek a candidate with a proven ability to align business Website and Web Analytics demands with IT solutions working independently. You must have a deep functional understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. Proven experience working effectively with diverse, global business and technical teams across all time zones is required. Your Role : Your 2 main responsibilities include managing corporate website demand and projects for 40 country versions, and serving as the product owner for Web Analytics, primarily in the Healthcare sector. You are responsible for our corporate website including responsibility for interfaces to SAP HR, Amazon S3 GPR and other internal systems. This role will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, i nformation management teams and business partners throughout the organization. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure timely project delivery and establish strong relationships. Proficiency in Adobe AEM is essential, as you will handle up to 2Mio IT projects and website documentation for the corporate site. Acting as product owner for Web Analytics, you will prioritize and manage analytics demand using tools like Confluence and JIRA, working with various analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SiteImprove, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), and Adobe Launch. You will participate in project and scoping conversations with business to clarify analytics needs and fit for purpose. You will understand the platform scope and work closely with analytics team to align business to our offering. Y ou will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and analytics technical team. We expect a proactive candidate with a track record of independent work, global collaboration, functional expertise, and proficiency in Adobe AEM and Web Analytics tools. Specific information related to the position: Required to work delayed hours schedule to align more closely with Americas timezone Must attend critical meetings across different time zones (India, Europe, Americas) Willingness and ability to continually develop yourself and the team in modern technologies and digitalization Must have reliable high speed internet connection for remote portion of work Willingness for possible occasional international travel Key responsibilities: Support corporate and analytics projects during design, scoping and implementation phases Partner closely with Group communications business team on demand to translate business requirements into functional solutions Review Group communications business portfolio and help prioritize and balance projects with business leaders Collaborate with business and technical project leads to ensure thoroughness of solutions Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, maintain excellent customer relationships Collaborate with and guide technical delivery resources related to project delivery Review analytics demand in email, JIRA and Snow systems, and allocate work across the team Lead multiple weekly meetings with technical analytics team to discuss projects and prioritization Support analytics projects with business to scope, prioritize and discuss solutions Ensure conformity of projects to established standards and technologies by supporting informed decisions on solutions consult and advise on deviations from any of the defined solution standards to maintain standard web solution approach and template architecture(s) Account for identifying and realizing cross-sector synergies by leveraging common target solution architecture Account for Agile and Sustainable Solution Design Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Responsive Web sites and best practices in multi-channel environments Solid understanding of application development lifecycle and development standards Deep experience working in Jira and Confluence Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver highly scalable web applications Solid understanding of Security & Quality standards Solid understanding of web analytics solutions, preferred Adobe Launch and analytics Broad background in digitalization and technology trends Strong SDLC experience: familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal guidance Self-motivated, ability to identify and investigate improvements to processes Healthcare domain experience a plus What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
