Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills

• Experience as AEM Developers (1 to 3 years)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, authoring and publishing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong grammar and spelling skills (for written English)
• Strong understanding of the relevant publishing technologies and knowledge infrastructure elements.
• The desire to learn what you don't already know; solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently
• Desire to organize, develop, and improve processes

Mandatory Skills


Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate

• Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development
• Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components
• Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering
• Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience
