Job Title Advisor, Technical Project Management 1) Overall experience of 12 to 15 years, with a strong Project Management experience 2) Demonstrate technical and managerial leadership and develop solutions to complex problems and critical issues 3) Required to have the exposure to all the facets of Software development life cycle 4) Required to drive the adoption of agile development practices 5) Experience in working on large applications using Agile methodology 6) Results-oriented team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance and takes absolute ownership of all technical and product related details 7) Hands-on, and the core driver in analysis, design, development and deployment of the components and solutions 8) Should have leadership experience and managed technical and testing teams and delivered solutions 9) Should have experience in managing the projects, which had the Security features implemented as a part of compliance initiative. 10) Experience in managing projects on Full-stack Java projects is preferred 11) Expertise in planning, reviewing , developing and execution of test cases, consistently strive to automate, apply creative thinking and drive Innovation in the team 12) Mentor, coach and guide the team 13) Required to be independent, team oriented, dynamic and highly motivated. Should thrive in fast-paced and high volume work environment 14) Required to interact with different stakeholders and work closely with the Product, Engineering team located in different time zones.
