Job Title Advisor, Statistical Analysis What does a great Analytics Professional do at Fiserv Fiserv is looking for a talented analytical professional who plays a crucial role in an organization by leveraging their skills and expertise to extract valuable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organization\'s success. Using product knowledge, subject matter expertise and technical skills, you will provide the highest level of service to resolve the client/customer\'s issues. What You Will Do Carry out end to end delivery including requirements, solution design, analysis, modeling and business recommendation. Must have a solid understanding of business drivers and how data is used to inform and drive decisions and behaviors. Responsible for conducting complex analysis using statistical and other quantitative techniques. Expert in applying statistical methods & Techniques like Regression, Sampling techniques, hypothesis, Segmentation, Time Series Analysis, Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling Ensure delivery of the project as per timelines Associate would work closely with stakeholder to develop risk models and analytics solutions as applicable. Manage communication and stakeholder expectations. Hands on experience of statistical tools like Python, SAS, R. Good knowledge of ML techniques is desirable. Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communicate validation findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through written reports or presentations. Collaborate with the model development team to provide feedback and recommendations for model improvements based on validation results. What You Will Need To Have Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics/mathematics or equivalent qualification 3 -6 years of experience in solving business problems by applying advanced statistics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in developing business presentations What Would Be Nice To Have Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Solid understanding hypothesis testing, and validation methodologies. Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
