Advisor II, Transaction Processing (Japanese)

Key role & Responsibilities

Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material Audit of content received

.

Key Skills and knowledge

-

Proficiency in Required Language Excellent verbal & written English Language skills Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work is preferred In-depth knowledge of current affairs, social media platforms and related specific policies. Prior experience in Social Media exp. preferred Mature & analytical High on team work and engagement

Educational Qualification

- Graduation / Diploma (15 years of formal education) in any discipline.
