Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details and is able to work methodically and meet deadlines and is familiar with design software and technologies.Roles and responsibilities :- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.- Study design briefs and determine requirements.- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, visual leads, executives and more- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.- Ensure all graphic elements and layouts are on brand and follow OPEN design standards.- Amend designs after feedback.- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Required Skills :- Master\'s degree in design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro are a bonus.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.- Energy, passion, and a real drive to get ahead.- Capable, quick, determined.- Immaculate attention to detail.- Team Player Start-up mentality, high willingness to learn and hardworking.
