We are on the lookout for an exceptionally creative lead graphic designer who can transform conceptual ideas into visual representations, both in print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of current design software and proficiency in every stage of the design process, from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams within the organization, one should adeptly translate written or spoken ideas into designs that resonate. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to adapt styles and layouts based on the project.Responsibilities:1. Lead and oversee a wide range of projects and media, utilizing various design software to create innovative graphic designs aligned with business goals.2. Gather input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards, align with brand expectations, accurately express ideas, and represent the company or client effectively.3. Maintain and update internal databases of designs, photography, and video assets.4. Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.5. Produce finished art using necessary equipment and software.6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.7. Develop concepts manually or with software, executing original content while determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.8. Apply trend intelligence and a deep understanding of current and historical business and market dynamics to design and execute specific classifications.Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.- Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro.- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.- Proven track record in graphic design, with a robust portfolio of work.- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
