About the department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.

The position

As an Advance System Manager, you will be responsible for managing NovoAccess platform used for handling Identity and Access Management process across NN.

It involves,

• Responsible for operation, maintenance, compliance of novoAccess platform and on-boarding of new IT systems with Identifying opportunities to standardise onboarding process on continuous basis to influence customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with novoAccess project team and lead Service Management track.
• Simplifying and automating Identity and Access Management process across NovoNordisk.
• Close interaction with the stakeholders to understand their requirement from the NovoAccess and managing Service delivery along with Vendors.
• Manage the IT Security, audits with managing Clarity in compliance with SARBOX guidelines as per NovoNordisk guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
• Should have 10+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent with 5+years in Service Management.
• Experience of 3+ years into pharmaceutical industry.
• Should have ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and capability to represent NovoNordisk relations with external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills written and oral in English.
• High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
• Fully independent in day to day work.
• ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification is nice to have.
• Can able to lead the team when required.
• Can able to innovate within framework to help team and the system.
