The Position As a Service manager for Deviation, IT Compliance Consulting and Shared Testing Services you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery management of the assigned/owned services. You will be closely involved in establishing and maintaining agreements/Contracts/OLAs. Your responsibility will be towards maintain service and supplier management, process management and be mentor for the service operatives. Your main responsibility will be: Ensure that service delivered meets business needs and service is delivered in agreement with OLAs, contracts etc. You will create and manage Service KPIs, demand and capacity - forecasting demand and competency development. Establish and continuously evaluate a cost model/budget. Manage and act as level 1 escalation upon service complaint/incident to ensure that service is delivered according to customer expectations. Continuously maintain, develop and improve service catalogue, service strategy/service road map, supervise the day-to-day operation of service (allocating resource, co-ordinating with stakeholders, understanding the requirements etc.). Manage vendor contracts/service orders e.g. development and negotiations, vendor deliverables, escalations to vendor management, vendor suggestions, contracts and estimations, Coordinate Resource allocation - onsite and off-site and negotiating supplier contracts. Co-ordinate with LoB stakeholders, primarily System managers, NNQAs/LoB QAs and ensure continuous improvement of processes. You will identify training needs to build competency for automated validation and testing, evaluate cross functional teams\' development and drive utilization efficiency. Additionally, as a team manager, you will be expected to set direction for the overall execution of day-to-day tasks, drive efficiency, capacity planning, team performance management, productivity, innovation and continuous improvements of process. You will supervise, coach and mentor employees. Qualification M.Sc. or M.C.A or B.Sc. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality). Overall experience of more than 8 years in the IT or equivalent industry. 1+ years of people management experience within pharmaceutical or other relevant industry, including hiring, appraising and development responsibility of people. 2+ years of experience in managing Quality & compliance deliverables in service level-based setup. Proven management skills in quality as well as compliance activities and Stakeholder Management. Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and collaboration skills. Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders. Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, 21 CFR Part 11), self-driven to ensure that the IT systems will pass inspections from the authorities without problems.
