The Position

As an Advanced Operations Analyst, you are responsible for define, build and operation of Citrix and Virtualization service and provide technical operational support globally for PS net (Product Supply IT) and requires sound technical expertise, proficient stakeholder, vendor and communication skills with proven experience and high degree of IT Infrastructure technical knowledge. High Quality delivery, user focus and innovative initiatives will be a significant aspect of the job. You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Define, build and operate the Citrix and Virtualization service and provide Technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT) in Novo Nordisk.
  • Perform Incident, Change and Problem Management in alignment with scaled Agile framework as a delivery team member. Perform the role of a technical consultant during Major Incident and Critical outages for PSnet Citrix Infrastructure issues reported globally.
  • Enable fast and optimal project execution according to roll-out plans and ensuring best possible operation and maintenance. Ensure a standardised platform worldwide in Product Supply and to establish strong relationship with stakeholders, end users, Service owners and IT suppliers.
  • Manage daily operations & Technical support in the IT Infrastructure area for PSnet.
  • Manage the IT Infrastructure, audits, and compliance levels as per Novo Nordisk norms. Manage and liaise with the IT Infrastructure vendors providing Citrix Infrastructure services across PSnet.
Qualifications
  • You will be holding a bachelor\'s degree in relevant subject with 7+ years in IT with a minimum of 4 years of experience in NetScaler, Project handing (End to End) and minimum of 6 years\' experience in Citrix platform.
  • Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix, Virtualization operational support and Citrix infrastructure patch management for multiple platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in trouble-shooting Citrix issues in tandem with Application/Windows Operating system issues.
  • Solid understanding and work experience with managing, deploying Citrix for applications and experience in Physical and Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, NetScaler, App-V and XenApp.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), NTP (Network Time Protocol), IMAP (Internet Messaging Access Protocol) and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).
