Summary Service Technical Contract Leader (STCL) provides CSA customer focused technical leadership of engine repair specification definition, Workscoping of the engines and meeting the shop visit objectives. All activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters. Impacts the team\'s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives.In this role, you will report to Services CTP Sub-Section Manager, Services Engineering at JFWTC, GEA India, Bangalore. In addition, you will interface with organizations such as the Engineering Departments, Services, Digital Services Solutions (DSS), CSA Operations and Customer & Product Support Organization (C&PSO) based on business need.
