About the Department

Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross DD&IT Technologies is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.

The Position

As MuleSoft expert, you will be responsible to ensure smooth running of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (MAP). You will identify, analyse, develop & support interfaces, API\'s and integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint platform including Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Centre and API management. Your primary responsibility will be:

• Enhancement and support activities in a project which include development of features, supporting the current platform setup, daily monitoring of MuleSoft jobs and reports, etc.
• Support projects with development of API\'s on MuleSoft and help troubleshoot issues.
• Provide inputs to Design, development, documentation best practices and guidelines.
• Support Vendor with any issues on the platform along with troubleshooting of issues. Work on Service Now Incident Management and support/DevOps project.
• Works closely with other Technical Leadership, Solution Architects/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing.

Qualification

• Computer Science Master or bachelor\'s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 6-7 years of IT experience including a minimum of 5years of hands-on experience development and support on MuleSoft API. Must have experience in MuleSoft 4, Munit test cases and Cloud hub deployment strategies.
• Must demonstrate hands on experience in development, support & enhancement activities on Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. Good knowledge on DataWeave 2.0 Tool.
• Exposure working in an Agile Model with good knowledge of DevOps Process, SCRUM framework.
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and its various features.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with Global IT, LoB IT organisations and users.
• High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
• Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
• Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organisational level.
• Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision.
