About the department

Global IT India was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Global IT in HQ. From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 500+ employees till date. The main role of Global IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

The position

As a BSP Salesforce functional & technical developer and operations SME working with North America Operations (NAO) and you will handle Day-to-day functional & technical related initiatives and queries from LoB/NNI Stakeholders, help Design, build and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements & support reported user issues.

You will be expected to Follow DevOps model in-line with our Agile Framework, partnering with Stakeholders in Digitalization journey and suggest solutions related to it.

You will eensure system related is maintained with high level of quality compliance adhering to all Business & IT SOPs. For example, maintaining good results from Global Internal Audit (GIA) with Hands-on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders and other 3rd party applications and Experience with CRM data and reporting needs.

Qualification

Graduate having bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Business, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred

What we expect you to have;

8+ years of overall experience with 5-7 years of relevant experience front end Salesforce Configuration and customization

Configuration and Customization on various Salesforce core modules

Create, update, delete and upsert records using apex data loader/ workbench

Knowledge of APIs, general scripting and automation

Writing triggers and batch classes on various objects

Knowledge in SOQL and SOSL and query using salesforce inspector tool

Building workflows and process builders

Experience in Version Control Systems like X

Experience managing a DevOps process as well as tools such as Azure DevOps or similar

At least one certification within the Salesforce Developer or Architecture track, or Microsoft Power Platform; advanced certifications preferred.

Experience with integration architecture to support downstream and upstream data transfer.

Would be an asset to have;

GxP experience,

Healthcare/Pharma/Life Sciences domain knowledge

Health cloud & Community cloud hands-on experience

Development expertise with Microsoft Power Platform
