About the department

CVT CoE is a as part of the DD&IT Services department, and is the unit responsible for supporting compliance, validation and testing of multiple IT systems and solutions across Novo Nordisk. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance etc. CVT CoE focuses on delivering harmonised support services related in the Compliance, Validation and Testing areas.

The Position -

As an Advanced Business Analyst I, you will support IT compliance, validation, and infrastructure qualification activities e.g., creation and maintenance of the documentation to ensure IT solutions are compliant to the relevant internal and external requirements. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Defining, documenting, and executing validation/qualification strategy for IT solutions/ Infrastructure both in the project and operations phase.
  • Perform qualification/validation activities including implementation plan, implementation report, design review, test strategy and execution etc.
  • Performing assessments such as supplier assessment, IT risk assessment, functional and data integrity assessments, etc.
  • Ensure validated state of the system by performing periodic reviews, addressing deviations, creation and maintenance of system documentation and instructions in cooperation with System Managers and IT responsible when needed.
  • Risk management, quality and compliance support on IT infrastructure and IT solutions.
Qualifications
  • You hold a Masters/Bachelor\'s with 6+ years of experience working within IT.
  • 4-6 years of experience in CSV and/or Infrastructure qualification, compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good understanding of GAMP 5 Guide (GAMP 5) and various Regulatory requirements including CFR part 11, EU Annex 11.
  • ITIL processes especially Change, Release and Configuration management.
  • Experience with working with Agile framework.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent NN in relations with internal and external stakeholders including Suppliers and Authorities.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.
